I found an article in the net by Margot Carmichael Lester. Qouted some parts of her article which really interest me from boredom.

So how can you find the right pace for you?
Listen to — and trust — yourself.
To increase self-trust, start by getting more in touch with your inner consciousness.
To increase trust in others, decide what a person will need to do to be defined as trustworthy in your opinion. In addition, take time to really get to know the other person and his or her values.
Listen up.
Get focused.
So if meeting someone you could really relate to well, try to serve the desire for friendship and dating, instead of the baser one. That helps to pace yourself until you get to know the other party better and being able to decide between friends and lovers.
Let it simmer. "
