Tough time

Just name it all. Lethargic. Sleepy. Dizzy. Sick. Im experiencing it all. I had my asthma attack 2hrs before the competition started yst. Out of all timing. Nw Im just recuperating at home. Enjoying my stay in the house with this cooling weather.
Won 3rd and 2nd in Doubles and Team events respectively. Quite happy with the results though I did not achieve my aim. Maybe this year is not our luck to defend our reputation for the Teams event. But I've to congratulate Icha, Dian n fren for winning the Gold medal. They deserved it more than us.
I had a tough time sleeping yst. Went to bed at 12 bt I think I fell asleep close to 3++ in the morning. I was tossing n turning. Listened to my mp3 for 1 1/2 cycle. There is still a few wks to go b4 it ends. I've to put aside my pride n some would say, my shyness. If only I had acknowledged tt person yst, I would have had a nice sleep.
