Happy Nat'l Day..!! It's holiday today but nt 4 me. *sob sob* =( Cos I had trng today. 12-2 ganda den 2-4 regu. Hf to la cos Seni 4 de girls is dis Sat. They changed de schedule. Bloody hell..!! It's supposed to be on de 28th but duno y they changed it. Dis sat de women's n girl's seni.N de guy's n boy's will be de following wk. Nt fair noe. Told us in a short noticed. Cannot noe. Nw all of us lk veri kelam-kabut lk dat.
At 1st I tot only Juita n I r nt prepared. Skali even Kak Mai n Kak Aida frm Sendeng oso in de same boat as us. I tink Esha more TERUK cos I saw them trng yst at stadium. Still struggling tinking of steps. Cos I saw Raden bz teaching dem de nx steps. But duno la. Neva undr estimate ur opponents.
Spent half of de day trng. At 1st we tot of having our trng at Kama's hse. At de club hse there, but we went to train at de reservoir instead. Trained frm 1 till abt 4++ lk dat. Wah... Damn long sia.. Trained under de hot sun noe. Nw having headache. My head lk wana explode lk dat. No shade at all. Hw to haf shade, we trained at de open space there. Only at abt 3 lk dat den there's shade.
Lucky we decided to train at 12 (but started at 1) cos we had Kama's full attn on us. Our ganda so far okie already left wif de timing. For regu, Im left wif timing n haf to coordinate de movements wif Fana n Ima. Tot of dividing 2hrs each 4 bth ganda n regu but instead I trained on my ganda alone. Sori Fana. Nw Im so tired. Having muscle pull on my left thigh. Hopefully by wed it'll get beta.
